The first step in applying is to fill out an application form and send it to us. We do often have a wait list to get into the building, but do not let that deter you. If you have not heard from us, it is because you are on our list, but nothing has come available for you yet. Applicants are required to check with the Manager on or before their application annual anniversary date to review any changes that may impact the applicants’ ability to live independently and to confirm their intent to remain on the applicant list. Failure to check in may result in applicants being removed from the wait list.
